I tried it and I like it despite reading 69 thousand negative views. Yes, it is gluey and runny but if used with finesse, technique and masking prep- it is long lasting and durable tire shine. Spray from 14" away then spray second coat 5 minutes later then wipe down for uniform application. Results are outstanding. Most people accuse me of spraying clear coat on my tires. After 3 weeks of daily driving on highways & rain- stuff is durable and shiny. Well worth it....
I've used some 303 products with great success, so I gave this 303-graphene tire gloss a try. The first application I found this to be very runny and looked terrible. I tried it the second time and applied very thin applications, but it was still very runny. After this application I realize that even with my car just sitting there the dust was clinging to this as if it was the consistency of karo syrup attracting all the dust and dirt sticking to the tire. If I drove the car, it attracted even more dirt and looked terrible. After a third time with the same result, I attempted to remove the tire gloss, but nothing worked at removing it. I then use mineral spirits and it still didn't remove it, but it did soften it up some. I then used a small putty knife to scrap off the dressing from each tire. this became a long and tedious process. I spent nearly 45 minutes removing the tire dressing each tire. It was like scraping paint after using paint remover. needless to say, I threw away the two cans of this product in the trash. This product does not dry on tire it remains wet and very sticky. 303 needs to reevaluate this product because it is just terrible.
Goes on very thick,it's very shiny ,I suggest applying when wind is not blowing, anything flying sticks to tire during its curing process, very difficult to remove it truly is a protective coating for your tires
Great shine but the substance is too stick. All the road dust is now sticking to my tires. Very annoying
Easy to apply shines well
when i hear graphene i think super strong and long lasting. it did do a good coating job but I'd its average. I'd use a gel coating next time
I sprayed this on my new bmw x5 tires 3 weeks ago not being overly concerned about overspray because it says on the can safe on all rims “This stuff is a nightmare “ after 3weeks it turned grayish / brown and I saw it on my (before shiny black rims ‘ )now cover in this stuff “I tried ever product know to man and couldn’t get it off my rims and it even looked bad on my tires (I followed instructions to the letter “ I even took my “ new car to an auto detailing company and they couldn’t get it off without a stiff brush and auto lacquer thinner “ which was damaging the rims this is a NIGHTMARE “If the over spray got on my paint forget it “I’m enclosing a pic of where it says it safe on rims “ it’s NOT” I tried 12 different removal products “ nothing worked and it looks worse than in picsBE WARNED “I emailed the company to get resolution as to removing From my rims the lied and told me they were unaware of aforementioned problems only took me five min to see many others with same or similar problems “on Amazon “Not alone did they not resolve issue but they stopped communicating “
Great Stuff , BUT Do Not Spray on Tires. Use a Rag or Sponge , then Wipe. Do Not Use on Black Rubber Bumpers !
I don’t write reviews but for this product is a must. I washed rim and tire before application the product is really runny and if it gets on the rim it will leave a permanent residue drippy look that’s is very difficult to remove it’s ruined my oem ford f150 rims with runny strains also with the tires…
I was a Black Magic user for years until they decided to change formulas to make a longer lasting shine. The trade-off was a glossy but sticky glue that attracted every bit of dust and debris. I work in the printing industry and it took "press wash" (a solvent that is so strong it evaporates if not sealed) to get it off from wash to wash. This product is the same. People that don't care what their vehicle looks like only buy products that last 2 or 3 months. People that CARE about how their vehicles look want something that they can wash off once a week or two, not some shiny sticky glue aimed at the least of your customers. Great product if you want to sell your car in 7 days. Just keep it covered.
