I used this on my worn out plastic pieces on my 2015 jeep and it worked SO WELL. A few places needed a couple of coats, but it made everything look like new again
Have tried several other products on this 10 year old Jeep unsuccessfully. This kit comes with two cloths to use, is easy to put on, and great results when you take it off. Used it on wheel covers in addition to both bumpers with great success. And it seems to last longer than a more expensive brand sold in auto stores. Before pictures are from 4 weeks ago. Latest pictures are July 5, so it has not faded in 4 weeks. And it is not oily like some, which attracts road dust. Even worked well on the Jeep Hood Buckles.
Good results overall, not as easy as spray on types but last longer and looked better overall. I'll have to see how long it lasts in the sun over time
I have tried other products. So far this works the best. You do have to reapply often especially at first. But it is like a moisturizer for your plastic. Makes it look and even feel better even after the first application.A little goes a long way. I have applied 3 times to my jeep wrangler unlimited (bumpers door handles, window trim, mirror backs and top) and still have enough for probably a 4th application.
Used it on my 2000 Ford Ranger..
This claims to be able to restore Color, when you first apply it looks great. Then the Az. Sun fades it within 2 weeks without washing. Up to100 washes, hmmm.
Summer sun just eventually fades plastics. We’ve use this on everything from our cars to our shutters and get amazing results!
This is relatively inexpensive — you could pay double—yet works very well. Used a cotton muslin rag to apply on our 2010 Honda Fit which badly needed trim restoration. Restored dry, faded external plastic to a satiny black. Used it on all opaque black plastic and rubber including windshield wipers and blades, door thresholds and weatherstripping. Went over it two times and let the product soak in after each application before wiping off any excess. A week later it still looks great.
Everything was great
The residue that remains.
